These Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between Lili Scratchy and any person (the "Customer") purchasing on the website, and the conditions of use of the website itself. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Lili Scratchy offers handcrafted ceramic items. Each piece is unique and/or handmade in the Brignogan-Plages workshop; some can be personalised (colours, patterns, text, house number...) via the website's customisation tool. Slight variations between pieces are inherent to handcrafted goods and do not constitute a defect.

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Lili Scratchy may change its prices at any time; only the price shown on the day of the order applies.

The Customer selects products, adds them to the cart, provides delivery details and pays. The order is final once payment is confirmed, and a confirmation email is sent. Lili Scratchy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of dispute, non-payment, or unavailability.

Payment is due immediately. It is processed securely online by credit card or Apple Pay via Stripe. Lili Scratchy never stores banking data.

Lili Scratchy ships worldwide from the Brignogan-Plages (Finistère, France) workshop. Costs and timelines are calculated at order time based on weight and destination, and shown before payment. Customers may also collect orders at the workshop ("Click & collect") during the hours in Article 1. Timelines are indicative; Customers should check parcels on receipt and report issues to the carrier and Lili Scratchy within the legal timeframe.

Under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without justification, except return shipping costs.

Under Article L221-28 4°, this right does not apply to pieces personalised via the website's customisation tool, as these are made to the Customer's specifications.

To withdraw on an eligible product, the Customer must notify Lili Scratchy before the deadline, then return the product in its original condition. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq., French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq., French Civil Code). The Customer may choose repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.

Lili Scratchy is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure, stock shortage, postal/carrier disruption, or misuse of the product by the Customer.

All website content (text, illustrations, photos, logos, design...) is the exclusive property of Lili Scratchy or its partners. Any reproduction or distribution without prior authorisation is prohibited.

The Customer may use consumer mediation free of charge. Lili Scratchy will publish the competent mediator's contact details on this page once appointed. Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall under French court jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by French law.

Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
